Summer at MediaCity supports the national Summer of Play campaign to get children outside and playing with a host of free activities for families every Wednesday and Saturday throughout August.

On Friday 13 March, as part of Sport Relief, the BBC Philharmonic orchestra will play Beethoven’s famous Fifth Symphony live on air for Radio 3 at MediaCityUK in Manchester. You could join hundreds of other people challenging themselves to run 5K and “beat” the music, which lasts between 30 and 35 minutes.
